How to fix SnapCare app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SnapCare app on iPhone
Update SnapCare app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SnapCare iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SnapCare on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SnapCare network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SnapCare not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SnapCare app issues:

Force Stop the SnapCare App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SnapCare app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SnapCare to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SnapCare App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SnapCare app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SnapCare.

Fix SnapCare unable to contact server/ SnapCare internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SnapCare » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SnapCare » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SnapCare on android.
