Ok so I backed up some photos and videos last night so when I saw back up complete I deleted the photos and videos from my photos app just to find out that they were also deleted from IDrive photos I thought that the videos and photos can’t be deleted once backed up and your report a problem doesn’t work either

Why isn’t there an option to delete all the backed up photos and videos like there is on google photos? This way I have to manually select and delete files from gallery when my storage gets full. Also, if not all files have been backed up, you could potentially delete a file that’s not yet on the cloud which results in losing it forever.

I am using unlimited photo storage subscription and did photo backup folder from my computer using idrive windows app but it doesn’t show in iPhone idrive photos app. Also when I did backup from my two iPhones then it merged both phones photos in to one folder. Its mess. IDrivePhotoBackup requires lots of improvement. There is no extra features like make albums, face detection, photo search etc.

Now I seee many people complaining about the sync functionality. That is true. The sync is definitely a problem at times as it does not sync properly. But I have been using it for a year, if you keep switching data modes, it does work. A simple close and restart of IDrivePhotoBackup also fixed the sync issue for me.

Google Photos was my go-to choice before this, but they have stopped offering unlimited functionality. That's when I decided to switch to iDrive. Wonderfully done, great rates and the experience has just been incredible so far.

Does what it's supposed to do, all the time, every time. TBH I rarely need to access my photos on mobile but the times when I do, it works exactly the way it should.

Sharing photos was not an issue at all. The quality was perfect and my friends received the pictures in an instant.

Everything is easily accessible thanks to the home tab. You may do all of your tasks from there.

Overall, I see why people appreciate IDrivePhotoBackup, although there were a few issues and errors while importing photographs.

I was astounded to see that the quality stayed same from the original and did not suffer even slightly after the transfers.

I really appreciate the fact that I don't have to do everything manually. As soon as there are new pictures or videos, IDrivePhotoBackup knows that it has to back them up.

My favourite feature has to be the organising feature. It has made things so much easier for me because it is no longer difficult to find certain photographs and movies. They're simple to find.

The best drive for storing all of your important photos and movies. What I enjoy about it is that it is accessible for both the iPad and the iPhone, so I can have my images stored on both without having to waste time moving them.

I've tried other applications previously, and the price of this one is considerably lower when compared to the cost of all those other apps. Excellent service at a fair price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I don't think I'll ever use another cloud service than this one. It's just the greatest!  It organises all of my files, large and little, in an easy-to-use way.

The names and wording of many of these reviews sound very fake. Though I got a good deal on a years worth of storage, IDrivePhotoBackup is not user friendly. Incomplete backups. Unable to run backups in the background. It’s hard to find which folder has your photos. Hard to organize folders. They don’t offer edits of moving of photos. Honestly, you get what you pay for.

What I really like about IDrivePhotoBackup is a lot of the functions are automatic so you don't have to sit and back everything up every time.

Now I have the access to unlimited data storage. I can download and save so many pictures and videos without hesitation.

I personally like IDrivePhotoBackup the best out of all the other apps I've used because of how fast it is and the immense amount of storage. Highly recommend IDrivePhotoBackup.

It's extremely easy to use and is designed in such a way that everyone and anyone of any age will be able to figure it out.

I think this company has got it right. They've worked hard to find out what exactly users wanted and developed and all that does exactly that. Their backups are the fastest and smoothest.

All the photos are stored in a very organised manner so you can access them with ease and find exactly what you're looking for. That was one of the things I loved about it the most.
