Only one export for free? Sounds greedy to me.

The gradient and image never line up the way they look in HomePaper when you’re using the iPad app. Sometimes the gradient doesn’t even show up at all on export.

This is a great start, but it needs improvements.

1. Allow us to scale and flip the images in the background of HomePaper
2. The fade settings could have a little bit more wiggle room and maybe allow to move it slightly around instead of being completely fixed
3. Choosing colors, blocks most of the screen so you can’t easily test out colours. Instead shrink the preview to about 70% and align it to the top in center, and below in the other 30% of the screen, compact the color-spectrum picker. Add the saved swatches to another tab (first in that set).

Other than that, it would be perfect if it had these changes. I just bought the unlimited exports, hope that helps with development.

The gradient and color selection is easy… But what’s up with the random light fixture? It can be removed but why the light fixture?

HomePaper is such a timesaver for anyone looking to create beautiful backgrounds for HoneKit. That said, the two features that in my opinion would make HomePaper perfect are: • The ability to enlarge or shrink the image instead of it being predefined. • The ability to increase or decrease the gradient mask, as I personally like to see a much more subtle fade as I think it looks much more elegant. Very clean and simple UI and well worth the buck…

I love this. Had to ask people on Reddit for help with this in the past and now this I can do on my own.

The only thing I’d ask for, which another reviewer mentioned, is to have the ability to resize and move the pic around (similar to how you’d do for Memoji or other picture applications). Sometimes the import feature makes the picture tiny in the upper right corner, even if the pic is a huge resolution. Sometimes it cuts off what you want to see.

If we had the option to move it around on the x and y axis, to get the position where we want. And then also to zoom in and out to make it larger or smaller. That would make this perfect!

I really like how this allows me to choose my own photos and add gradients easily so the background of the home app blends in better with the overall aesthetic. I just wish I could choose a photo and move it around so I could focus on a particular area of the photo.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I love the fact that my own personal pictures can turn into professional pics with ease. this app has shot to the top of my “must have” HomeKit apps, and honestly, most others are from this developer. Thank you for doing such good work in the HomeKit community.

1st gradient mask was better! We need a way to customize maybe? But I do looooooove HomePaper!

Nice way to beautify and personalize the Home app. Thoughtfully implemented.

The most recent update made the gradient mask much better. I can totally recommend HomePaper now.

I wish there was more options available to test out HomePaper , perhaps 2-3 free ones to test it on iPhone and iPad as well.

This is exactly what we needed. I just wished there was a way to create Mac wallpapers. Hopefully that’s coming soon! Highly recommend for anyone using Apple Home.

HomePaper has been just what I’ve been looking for. Looking at the boring stock wallpapers in the Home app are long gone now that I found HomePaper. You won’t be disappointed

I love this as it makes it easy to see every room at a glance. I would love to be able to save color pairings so that I can update a picture easily if I need to later but not have to guess exactly the settings I had.

Awesome job on HomePaper and thanks for sharing it with the rest of us HomeKit users. Something the Home app has needed for a while. The stock wall papers are boring and plain screenshots aren’t much better. Love all your apps. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for us next and keep up the good work 👍
