ColumbiaGas does not function in landscape mode. Also, it displays only half the screen size on an iPad. It makes one wonder if they simply released it with out testing it. I suspect ColumbiaGas will be updated after update after update until they get it right. That is not too good of an impression.

What a huge miss here who delivers a modern app with no Apple Pay or taking credit cards. I will continue to have my bank send them a preprinted check they can process.

ColumbiaGas has Face ID option to login, but it won’t work and ask me to enter the password everytime!!

Face ID scan is a fancy option with no use in your App?

I mad a payment that ColumbiaGas said was due. Got my next bill in and it was far more then any month I ever paid. I dug up the previous bill and the bill was $100 more then what ColumbiaGas said I owed. They need to get a more current bill owed so there isn’t a shock when you get the next bill

App has potential but now when selecting to pay on due date (next week) it is defaulting to today’s date. Had to go to the website to make a future payment.

ColumbiaGas Touch ID now fails to populate the password field. Thus the Touch ID feature, though offered, does not appear to function.

ColumbiaGas was working fine until I updated today. Now you cannot use face id unless you put in a password also… so now face id is useless.

Would have given 5 stars if there wasn’t a fee when paying the bill especially when using ColumbiaGas .

Simple to use and find my bill. Long overdue in developing.

i love this so much! the convenience of this easy to use app makes me wish all utilities would catch up and catch on. perfect way to go paperless. plus you can have multiple accounts and switch with ease if you need.

I want to tank all the employees for getting our gas lines fixed this past week. I had met only 3 of your workers and they were all great guys and caring and gentlemen. The first man from Zanesville had a son graduate from the University that I work at as the Campus Nurse. He was a very kind person and a hard worker.

This is a great app that Nisource has delivers to its customers. I can self service for most of the items myself without having to call the customer call center. Please bring in such innovative products frequently.

ColumbiaGas makes checking and monitoring my bills far easier. Lots of other cool features on ColumbiaGas too!

I just loaded the latest update on my iPhone 13 pro and my iPad 3rd generation and the issues with Face IDand Touch ID appear to be corrected. Thank you very much.

Used ColumbiaGas a few times and no problems with force-closing or any issues with updating my account.

Nice and easy to navigate the site. Only takes a few seconds to pay the monthly bill.
