EFTs take forever to settle

I was going to use this as my main debit card for everyday purchases. But fund transfers take days to a week to settle before I can access it. Support says it's fine I can invest the money right away. This is a spend account not an investment account. Funds should be available to spend right away.
Very sketchy

I created an account and deposited $50 for the “deposit $50 get $100” promo. After checking my account a couple days later, it says theres only $5 in my account. When i try to contact customer support it says theres an error so i email them. I then see an immediate email saying that there was a transfer with the account i added so im not sure what is going on now but i feel compromised and now none of my information is safe, and i lost the money i deposited. I would be very careful using this app. 1/10
Adding card to Apple Pay

Doesn’t work. Tried taking photo grab and app asked to confirm via text to a phone number ending in 9999 which isn’t mine. Then tried to add account info manually and get a error msg that info added is incorrect. Can’t reach Fidelity on a Sunday. Have four other debit/credit cards in Apple Pay and had no problems adding. Tried leaving feedback on Bloom site but can’t. Probably won’t use as too completed and hard to get through to someone. To good to be true. Not worth the headache of calling and being on hold for 45 mins.
