The pianify system does not let me sign in into my active premium account. The customer support only sent an email after my mail in which I had described the issue , that "describe the problem". When I try to login the system/app asks for a sign-in code, what I should have got from them by mai. But nothing arrived, altough I tried many times. So, I have a premium subscription with no access to my account and disappeared customer support.
