what do I do with a blank screen after ‘opening TattooTix ’???

My story is the same as everyone else. The gray screen of death. I sent an email to the Tattoo Tickets office and will see how they address the problem. We leave for Scotland in about two weeks.

TattooTix is useless. All I get is a blank screen. I had to give one star just so I could post this message

Never had an app when u open leads to a grey screen I can’t open have to get tickets I paid 300 pounds another way don’t use

Please fix so that we can access our tickets or at least confirm the purchase at this point! Terrible app

Like others said, when opened all you get is a grey blank page. Hope they fix it before I need my tickets.

I downloaded TattooTix to get my Eric for the Tattoo in August. Registered with no trouble but once you go to access your tix, you’re met with the grey screen of death. It just stays on the grey screen forever!!! Grrr!

I type my password and nothing happens after clicking login. There are no directions for seeking help. I know the password is right because I can login on desktop.

TattooTix does not work at all. I have tried every method as others are complaining about, blank gray screen with error messages. So now how do I get my tickets?

Will not download tickets, will not recognize email or passwords that have been used without issues many times, does not provide pertinent information.

As others have noted, all I see is a gray screen. I deleted and reinstalled to no avail. Terrible, terrible app. Actually, you can’t even call it an app. It’s just a big waste of time. Pay for the ticket delivery - you won’t regret it.

The Tattoo tickets were there when I first downloaded TattooTix . Today, it shows no tickets associated with the email address I used to purchase them. Very frustrating. Wish I had just printed them.

First downloaded app when I received instructions from Tattoo event. At least tix showed up even though the QR didn’t.
Now TattooTix no longer even shows tickets at all. I printed out my receipt, hopefully that gets us in. Our show is Tomorrow!

To buy a single ticket to a performance one is asked to register, re-register, give all one’s personal information (twice) use two factor authentication, download an app and then after 30 minutes of labor receive an e-ticket. The WORST.

Purchased my tickets online and selected the option to have the tickets sent to TattooTix (the only other option was for the tickets to be mailed to me). I log into TattooTix and it is just a blank gray screen. So I have no idea how I’m going to get the tickets.

I did not know when I purchased the tickets that they would not be delivered simply by text messaging. After installing TattooTix and creating an account (which by the way is not the same account that I created online), TattooTix gave me the same blank, gray screen that others have reported.

Much like others I initially received the grey screen of death, but the most recent update appears to have fixed it. Make sure you use the same email you registered for the tickets with. The developers could provide more details in the instructions. We shouldn’t have to rely on negative reviews to figure out how TattooTix is supposed to work.

Have to wait until a few weeks before the tattoo starts in August to be active

For anyone with issues.. you must create A NEW account with the same email as the one you used on the website..

So in total you’ll have one account for the website and another account for TattooTix .. but they should be the same email.

Within 3 weeks of our trip I tried to install app to get tix. Created a login and was greeted with a grey screen. This is the reply I got from support. I can think of many alternatives I expect more than a grey screen.

Please be advised that the Tattoo Tix app is currently undergoing maintenance prior to the injection of tickets, as such, the grey screen you are met with is expected. You will receive an email instruction guide when TattooTix is ready to access.
