I did not know when I purchased the tickets that they would not be delivered simply by text messaging. After installing this app and creating an account (which by the way is not the same account that I created online), the app gave me the same blank, gray screen that others have reported.

Purchased my tickets online and selected the option to have the tickets sent to this app (the only other option was for the tickets to be mailed to me). I log into the app and it is just a blank gray screen. So I have no idea how I’m going to get the tickets.

To buy a single ticket to a performance one is asked to register, re-register, give all one’s personal information (twice) use two factor authentication, download an app and then after 30 minutes of labor receive an e-ticket. The WORST.
