Why want Vaulted allow me access giving a error message when I try to log in
So I added a small amount to see how app worked. The next day it said I sold my gold and withdrew my money. I did not. My bank has no pending deposit and I haven’t gotten a reply from my advisor in a week. So my money was taken and I have no answers from them as to why. Nor can I find a real customer service center.

Easy to use app, but constantly having to reenter my credentials.
Though I wish we also had access to silver, Vaulted makes it easy to invest in gold, real gold, not paper, without having to run out and buy gold bouillons or coins that can be stolen or lost.

I have been using this app for over a year and appreciate the low cost way to have my savings in gold/silver positions. Easy to transfer money in and out as well as buy and sell the metals. I have excellent responses and sound advice when I have reached out to an advisor. Very satisfied and I continue to recommend.
