I saw the response to the previous rating advising to format the CSV file similarly to the way it is formatted when exporting from Accountit. This still causes FinanceTracker to crash when I make my CSV files the same format.

Really want to buy the lifetime of FinanceTracker since it is on sale for Black Friday but this is a serious hole since I already have a pretty substantial receipt system I need to move over and don’t plan on adding them in individually.

Also, I have a PC desktop. Where is the online browser accessibility to this system? The UI for the Mac desktop app shouldn’t be hard to code to be formatted to a browser.

Unable to get it to work correctly. My income show to be -negative number. The total expenses cleared are not all there.

Can not fill the transaction amount in the (amount field) for some currencies

Added first category, no problem. Went to add first transaction you get full page gray screen, no way to enter any information.

This is one of the very few apps on the store that are:

1) one time fee
2) looks amazing
3) feels amazing
4) feels native!

I really was hoping that FinanceTracker would pull transactions in automatically. It does not. The price is amazing

This is a nice, basic budgeting app with potential. It would be helpful to see a forecast of upcoming bills, total remaining in account monthly (after deductions), list of Payees so we do not need to type them each time.

I have had a hard time settling on an app to help keep track of my budget. I have found that Accountit gives me just what I need with enough flexibility to track my money in a way that makes sense to me, and without the over the miscellaneous extra features so many other apps in this category come with. Despite a bit of a short learning curve to understand how to setup each category, I now find it really simple to use, and helpful to see where I am spending money.

If it can customize the icon, it will be great feature.

Love FinanceTracker so far! I’d love to see a bi-weekly option added to the Category “budget” menu if you want to just budget within a common bi-weekly paycheck period.

I love FinanceTracker, so I wanted to purchase the lifetime version, when I click on it, it opens FinanceTracker but nothing happens, I tried purchasing through FinanceTracker Store, subscriptions, but when I click “see all plans” the lifetime is not there

Its a great beginner app with minimal and undaunting. However, i wish there were a ay to select time frame say a month and look at category wise expenses and have line charts to show trends for each category month on month and see where i am spending more and which category is trending up and down.

I’ve been using FinanceTracker for sometime now and have grown to appreciate how it works. Initially I didn’t like the flexibility provided when setting it up because it took too much effort to get going, but after using it for a period of time I discovered its practical approach to solving problems and I’m glad I continued using it.

When I tried it I was quite underwhelmed by the feature set... Devs need to show more love for FinanceTracker,
anyways, here is a five star as a token of appreciation for the sale
p.s. some stuffs that i'd like to see: A quicker way to add daily transactions (a default account to immediately add transactions), option to add contacts detail on the transaction, integration of lend and borrow functionalities, ability to hide some accounts balance from the home screen, etc.

I haven't used it enough to give some solid critique, but keep it up dev! Please don't screw us up on the future
