Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NFT GO app issues:

Force Stop the NFT GO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NFT GO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NFT GO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NFT GO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NFT GO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NFT GO.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NFT GO » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
