4 months agoThe NFT go app is a scam. You purchase gems to mint NFTs but you can’t mint. You press the publish button as much as you want but nothing happens. I want my money back or you’re being sued. I didn’t sign any contracts or waiver stating liability, givr me back the $38 you stole

2 years agoHello, I purchased (6) Ape Skeleton's on my cellphone NFTGo App and all 6 of Apes show on my NFT's folder. However on my computer I only show 3 of the apes. The ones that I'm missing is #1075,#1395,#1394. (Bored Ape Skeleton Club) (I have screen shots of documents on my phone showing 6 Apes are inside my folder) I also noticed on the site it shows that there was more Apes sold than what is listed,1500 items and 1515 were sold?(Bored Ape Skeleton Club). If there was more sold how can we get a re-imbursement for the amount spent to purchase the apes?

2 years agoI have 5 nfts through nft go but am unable to transfer any to my meta mask wallet…keeps saying standard not supported/asset doesn’t exist line. I see others are having same problem but the company just keeps putting out drops without fixing the problem…

2 years agoI have a NFT pending for several days now and can’t move the ones that I have. Also had the problem of buying diamonds and didn’t get the first time. But worked when I tried again. Lots of problems with this app. This App will rob you. Not recommended

2 years agoPurchased 40 diamonds for $99 plus tax . Account was charged but did not receive anything. Did it again and it worked but currently out on 106 dollars as I should have 80 diamonds not 40

2 years agoI brought two NFTs on the site and when I try to move to the Wallet as suggested the warning "Unable to add NFT - We could not verify ownership. This may be because the standard is not supported or the asset does not exist on your selected network". I am contacting to seek so information. I have also contacted Apple to report issue and potential scam.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I bought three NFTs. Was wondering why I can’t transfer to MetaMask. I’ve tried every said solution. But, just like everyone else; same results. I try to Google some of the NFT’s for sale or on other websites and they are hard to find. If you type In a NFT sold on the app, in google, you’d get known and official versions of these NFTs. That makes me think this app is a scam. The NFTs has no utilities, and they are easily minted. I’m not gonna even try to ask for a refund or any other solution to getting them moved. Just gonna take this loss and learn from it. Deleting the app as well. Can’t do anything with the NFTs anyway. Avoid this app, do not buy anything. Edit: As I’ve said before, I tried every said solution to move my NFTs. The solution you offered doesn’t work. Everyone else is saying the same thing. Why isn’t there a settings button? How come the NFTs you list can’t be found on any other NFT site? Why do we need gems to buy? As far as I know, thats not how NFTs are sold. How come the NFTs I search for on your site, through google are never found in Google? If this isn’t a scam, then I don’t know what is.

This app is ok but needs some upgrades. I purchased gems that never arrived to my account but the cost was removed from my bank account. Never got my NFT. No support contact on the site. Just a bunch of pointless support post that are not related to this error. No support to get my funds returned and at it’s been over a week and my funds are STILL not returned. Apple shows the purchases went through but I never got my NFT or gems. Apple has had to step in and investigate this issue which is now in progress. People are spending lots of money on this site so for funds to be stuck or taken without getting what you paid ....that’s a MAJOR problem. I’m still wondering wheres the 100’s dollars taken from my account.

?? Can I ask where it shows how much it costs to use this!?
I was looking at this app. No price. I didn’t find it interesting since these NFT are minted and displayed in other legit companies like open sea and Rarible, and other blockchains. I didn’t realize you would charge me $35 when every NFT you have posted looks like it was copied and there is NO author information or really any identifiable blockchain address. None of these are worth more than the digital picture and they are probably going to be sued for using someone else’s art. Please refund my money. There is no way I’d buy anything here. Anyone who wants to mint would not do it through this app.
