Close and restart the WeWatch app on iPhone
Update WeWatch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WeWatch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WeWatch on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WeWatch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix WeWatch not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WeWatch app issues:

Force Stop the WeWatch App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WeWatch app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WeWatch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WeWatch App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WeWatch app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WeWatch.

Fix WeWatch unable to contact server/ WeWatch internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WeWatch » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WeWatch » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WeWatch on android.
