No status of vaccine

Its been 2 weeks since we uploaded our vaccine certificate to portal but there is no response from ministry whether it is approved or not, also if you could add modification option to upload the certificate again would be much better.

App crash

App is crashing on iphone 12
Tried to re-install several times and still crashing

I took second dose. It shows that I took it but it still shows my name in red instead of green. Please fix this bug and thanks.

New update not working

Just downloaded latest update on iPhone 12 Pro Max. After update, vaccine status not showing. Updated Mobile ID to latest version as well. It also shows vaccine status not available. 😔😔

Can not download vaccination certificate

Immuneمناعة works and shows details correctly even after the update yesterday but when I click on Download a blank screen opens with the save button showing. But, when I click the save button Immuneمناعة closes. Please fix. Thank you

Reconsidering MOH apps

First of all, I appreciate your hard work on everything. But honestly, It must be a cooperation with the concerned department. The reason is already you did alot of apps and you can use only one application instead of these apps,

Really this is a waste of money, time and effort.

Immuneمناعة is stuck in stuck on loading at the homepage for over 5 minutes then quit Immuneمناعة . Tried multiple times, still same issue. Also, it would been better if Immuneمناعة features are added to shlonik app instead

Will not allow access

Immuneمناعة keeps saying wrong email address even though I have gone back to all my other documents associated with the Kuwait government and it is the correct email. Very frustrating!

ياريت يتم ربط مصادقة تفعيل البرنامج مناعة عن طريق تطبيق هويتي للموطنين والمقيمين لان رمز OTP لايصل على الرقم المسجل وانت خارج الكويت صعب

It doesn’t show status or load data from outside of kuwait

Not working from outside of kuwait, it keeps trying to load but doesn’t load any data from outside of kuwait.

Application needs improvement

The user interface of Immuneمناعة is very bad. The opt took me 10 minutes to receive it. An application made by the ministry of health should not face any issues. Please fix your app!

Stuck at OTP screen

I requested the verification message three times. It never arrived.

The OTP is flagged as invalid although entered correctly so Immuneمناعة is unusable.

Good day My immune app has a problem. I am on a new visa in Kuwait since 2 February 2022. My Shlonik app is working fine, but when I try and log into my Immune app, I type in my passport and email address, ( email address is correct ) it says wrong email address. What is the problem and how do I fix it? I am currently in home quarantine until 16 February. I cannot through to any of the phone numbers and no one is returning my email I sent two times already Regards Elsie

I am from India planning to came kuwait all my paper ready including visa stamping but this vaccination certificate upload in immune app is not yet done since one week. I am afried because second variant now came may be they will close flight. Last year also same issue , I cannot bring them here. How can I make it fast. Please help

NOW I HAVE A GREEN SIGNAL AND VACCINATED ON KUWAIT MOBILE ID. BUT IN IMMUNE APPLICATIONS I FACE A PROBLEM. THE APPLICATION SUPPORT MY OLD MOBILE NUMBER BUT I LOST THAT NUMBER MORE THAN 7 MONTHS. BUT I FILLED IN vaxcert.moh.gov.kw ON MOBILE NUMBER OPTION THIS NUMBER : 69969089 PLEASE CHECK MY DATA THAT'S I UPLOAD ON vaxcert.moh.gov.kw AND GIVE ME CHANCE TO LOGIN IN IMMUNE APPLICATIONS WITH SAME NUMBER THAT'S I FILLED IN MOH WEBSITE.
