Immuneمناعة is working fine , but I don’t understand what the point from it if there are no information about your 2nd does ? Just stating what you already know !

Immuneمناعة is stuck in stuck on loading at the homepage for over 5 minutes then quit Immuneمناعة . Tried multiple times, still same issue. Also, it would been better if Immuneمناعة features are added to shlonik app instead

The user interface of Immuneمناعة is very bad. The opt took me 10 minutes to receive it. An application made by the ministry of health should not face any issues. Please fix your app!

Not working from outside of kuwait, it keeps trying to load but doesn’t load any data from outside of kuwait.

Immuneمناعة keeps saying wrong email address even though I have gone back to all my other documents associated with the Kuwait government and it is the correct email. Very frustrating!

Immuneمناعة does not move ahead from the loading screen on the startup at the language select screen and it just shows a loading screen

I log in and have a blank screen. Doesn’t load any information. Deleted and reloaded app many times and still same result.

For the last 30 minutes im trying to register it says " an error occurred in immune login. Contact Admin " what do i do now i need my vaccination certificate..

Trying to login Immuneمناعة says passport not found after several days. How do I resolve this? Should I still get on the plane?

First of all, I appreciate your hard work on everything. But honestly, It must be a cooperation with the concerned department. The reason is already you did alot of apps and you can use only one application instead of these apps,

Immuneمناعة works and shows details correctly even after the update yesterday but when I click on Download a blank screen opens with the save button showing. But, when I click the save button Immuneمناعة closes. Please fix. Thank you

Just downloaded latest update on iPhone 12 Pro Max. After update, vaccine status not showing. Updated Mobile ID to latest version as well. It also shows vaccine status not available. 😔😔

I have registered almost 3 weeks ago and I have not received an email.

I had one jab but when O try to download my certificate, the page is white. May Allah give me a white page in the after life🤲

I took second dose. It shows that I took it but it still shows my name in red instead of green. Please fix this bug and thanks.

Its been 2 weeks since we uploaded our vaccine certificate to portal but there is no response from ministry whether it is approved or not, also if you could add modification option to upload the certificate again would be much better.

Immuneمناعة not working !!

OTP was never sent therefore can not start up Immuneمناعة .

The OTP is flagged as invalid although entered correctly so Immuneمناعة is unusable.

I requested the verification message three times. It never arrived.

Good day My immune app has a problem. I am on a new visa in Kuwait since 2 February 2022. My Shlonik app is working fine, but when I try and log into my Immune app, I type in my passport and email address, ( email address is correct ) it says wrong email address. What is the problem and how do I fix it? I am currently in home quarantine until 16 February. I cannot through to any of the phone numbers and no one is returning my email I sent two times already Regards Elsie

I am from India planning to came kuwait all my paper ready including visa stamping but this vaccination certificate upload in immune app is not yet done since one week. I am afried because second variant now came may be they will close flight. Last year also same issue , I cannot bring them here. How can I make it fast. Please help
