I’ve been searching for an app that works like this for many years and I’m so happy to have finally found it! I’m an app designer who loves working out and motivated by learning and mastering new movements. If you like working out for the enjoyment of movement - this is the one! There are many features that sets this a part from the rest.. - It’s movement goal orientated - it then builds a program that’s totally customizable. I find this really motivational because I can see how I’m progressing, and as I go I’m learning new movements. - It tracks strength and flexibility of each body part so it can determine if you are ready for certain movements – I’ve never seen this in any app (And I have seriously looked!) It’s actually really cool. - It’s very modestly priced. The free version gives you a lot, but it’s totally worth having the pro version and I would have paid double or more for this - I love, love, love that I can add my own exercises (this is also something rarely found in the other apps) - There are so many movements, this actually goes way beyond calisthenics, it’s yoga, wushu, even partner stuff. All with videos and thoughtfully categorised with requirements needed and gains that can be achieved. - The too audio timer, is for those static holds that give you 5 second incremental updates - it’s a small feature but totally what you want to hear when your hanging there straining! - Anyway, enough talk.. what have you got to lose, hit download!
