MyChamberlain is frustrating. You immediately get a page saying the page needs to be refreshed message that you have to initiate at least twice before actual access happens. Don’t try and access the email or the bookstore first because then you can’ t navigate back to the class. Pretty disappointing.
Each time you open MyChamberlain it switches to Safari and asks you to open your account there. I just want to use MyChamberlain !!! Why is this happening? It is very inconvenient and challenging to use MyChamberlain. Please change it back! You actually ruined a good thing!!!
I’m trying to understand the reason of MyChamberlain because it takes you to the Internet which defeats the purpose of an app. It makes you log in twice once into MyChamberlain and then to get to your dashboard. Could be a lot better.
I’m a new student this session and your app will not load. Then it’s blaming my network connection. I’ve tried numerous networks and none of them have problems with my other apps. Please fix!
MyChamberlain is more like web browsing then a app. When you click on anything it takes you out of MyChamberlain . The other app was so much better. It logs you out every time way too much information.
MyChamberlain requires login information every. single. time. Not to mention, once login is successful, it opens in a web browser. The old app is much easier to access and navigate. 👎🏽
MyChamberlain doesn’t work on either my iPhone or iPad. Need to go back to the old version.
Doesn’t work
I have used the Chamberlain app for years, first with my BSN and now with my Masters. This update is awful and inconvenient. It sends me to the website every time I try to use it and requires a security code every time, even if I’ve used it recently. It’s glitchy and keeps prompting me to finish my application even though I’m already enrolled and two classes into the program. I absolutely hate MyChamberlain now. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
Anytime you close out MyChamberlain you have to login again can that be fixed?
MyChamberlain is so convenient and works so fast! Just amazing! Keep it up Chamberlain!
