Zion - Create Openly Reviews

I started in September 2021. I requested to stop almost immediately. I didn’t like it. However, it’s January 2021 & they still have not done it & I am still being charged.

Currently Zion is not working on my iPad Air running iOS 12.5
When I open Zion it displays a black screen for about 1 second then closes. Support replied to reinstall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and the issue persists.
Can’t not access or use my node because of this issue.
I’m hopeful they correct this issue, because I am very interest in the concept of decentralized social on the blockchain!

Ordered my node on August 30.
Follow Zion instructions.
Waited three or four days and still couldn’t get it to work.
Sent an email to get this app about my concerns and I never got a reply back finally canceled my subscription five days later. Guess I’m out nine dollars for the first month that I have never used I hope you guys have better luck.

When I initially was removed from the waitlist I easily input my key and had access to my node. Upon clearing my device I had to redoubled Zion and now it is not allowing me access, claiming it cannot connect to the server hubn2n.chat please advise

Zion isn’t working for me. It is stuck in a hanging state after the massage “this app is ready to use now” press Finish. I sent an email to the developers but have received no response.

Can’t uninstall to reinstall. App won’t open past the Get Started screen.

My bank merged and closed my debit card before my new card arrived.I received an email asking me to either update my card or respond to the email. I responded to the email letting them know I still wanted to keep my node and then I would update as soon as I received my new debit card. I updated the card the day I received it. My note has been deleted and they have to this day never responded to my email or the second one I sent asking them to reactivate. Poor service equals no future purchases or endorsements no matter how good the product.

The first release of Zion was a disaster.

The second one I’ve heard seems to be more stable, except if you forget your PIN, you are screwed. The support team has no idea how to resolve this.

I would be appalled if I wrote and released an app with recovery mechanisms that didn’t work.

Total waste of money and time.
