I need to cancel my account. I am being charged monthly and I don't use your app. I have it followed the directions for canceling my subscription on my iphone, but it didn't show up in my subscriptions. Please let me know what I need to do to cancel my subscription and prevent any further charges.
I'm having a terrible time with Zion sadly. I signed up early, and now I can't access my account using my original email addy and password because the new app requires a 12 word passphrase.. but that wasn't the system when I first signed up. Am being charged the 12 US a month for a service I can't access. Have tried about 10 times to contact customer service and never hear back. Am thinking I may have to post all over JP Sears' social media (who I found out about it from) in order to get someone's attention. Really too bad cuz this is a good concept. But I need this subscription to stop!

My bank merged and closed my debit card before my new card arrived.I received an email asking me to either update my card or respond to the email. I responded to the email letting them know I still wanted to keep my node and then I would update as soon as I received my new debit card. I updated the card the day I received it. My note has been deleted and they have to this day never responded to my email or the second one I sent asking them to reactivate. Poor service equals no future purchases or endorsements no matter how good the product.

Currently this app is not working on my iPad Air running iOS 12.5
When I open the app it displays a black screen for about 1 second then closes. Support replied to reinstall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and the issue persists.
Can’t not access or use my node because of this issue.
I’m hopeful they correct this issue, because I am very interest in the concept of decentralized social on the blockchain!

Ordered my node on August 30.
Follow the app instructions.
Waited three or four days and still couldn’t get it to work.
Sent an email to get zion about my concerns and I never got a reply back finally canceled my subscription five days later. Guess I’m out nine dollars for the first month that I have never used I hope you guys have better luck.
