This looks like the perfect app for helping manage ADHD. I was encountering some bugs while learning to navigate TaskTree (mostly buttons not appearing or clicking, and super frequent payment pop ups). I decided to go ahead and send a payment, but as soon as I did, TaskTree would only display a grey screen.

I’m happy to support a functional app that helps with ADHD (I’ve tried many, and no one has gotten it quite right yet), but it is a bit of an unpleasant surprise to have all functionality disappear right after sending money.

I’ll keep it installed while I wait for an update, because TaskTree does seem genuinely well thought out. I’ll update this review once TaskTree is functional.

I was very excited to use TaskTree, as I found you on TikTok. I’ve found all of the features very exciting in the videos I watched. As I read the comments, people seemed to love it. When I downloaded TaskTree , it would not allow me to sign up. I then updated TaskTree to its newest update. And it will not go any farther than the loading screen. I am not sure if you’ve already put out another update, but I am still looking forward to using TaskTree , if there is a way to fix this.

i feel like this would be a great app for me, especially with adhd and how forgetful i can be. but there’s a bug that prevents me from using it. no matter how many times i try to get rid of it or tell the pop up how much i can pay, it continuously comes back and it makes TaskTree unusable for me. hoping this can be fixed lol (edit) it happens every time i open TaskTree , i swipe it around 20 times and then it disappears but it comes back when i try to add tabs or tasks, so i can’t type or add anything.

I love TaskTree. It’s very helpful for me to have my work tasks and personal tasks separate but in one app and not hand written on sticky notes or texted to myself.

My suggestion is regarding the widgets. I love use the widget on my Home Screen of my iPhone but it always shows my recurring tasks even if I completed them for the day (ie: take meds, feed the fish, etc) so I can’t even see the one time tasks or even my full daily list.

Bugs for developers:
1) Can’t delete Tasks easily. You have to delete each letter of the Task name to completely remove the full Task.
2) Inability to remove Task Times. If I set a Time for a Task to 7am, I cannot go back and remove the Time. I have to delete the entire Task and recreate it without a Time dedicated to it. It would be helpful to have the ability to remove/update Time as needed because I don’t want to track Time all of the time.
3) Once you open the downward “^” icon to add details to a Task, the “^” or “upside down carrot” is permanent. It cannot be removed even if you delete all details. When details are deleted, I would like it to go back to the “+” to indicate details can be added again. This is important because details may change day to day.

I’m not usually the type to keep a planner or organize my life in any way, so I was genuinely shocked that I actually downloaded and used TaskTree. I’ve been using for almost a week now and I’m already feeling more organized in my daily life. There’s a few little bugs I’ve noticed that still need to be fixed, such as the icons not working/showing up for the tabs and the color selector glitching and not allowing me to save custom colors. The layout doesn’t seem to be optimized for iPads quite yet, as it can only be used in landscape and the calendar is constantly on the screen. Overall, I think it’s a great app and with a few tweaks could be amazing!

[One Issue Fixed] : I played around with the widget and now they are showing up on my home screen.

[Original] : Like many I saw a tik tok and immediately downloaded it. I love the ability to create lists and tasks and widgets etc but it doesn't really matter if they refuse to show up on my home screen widget. It also won't allow me to chose from any Tab Templates, the choosing screen comes up blank. It wont allow me to set reminders for any day in the future, which defeats the purpose of reminders. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled once already to no avail. Normally I ditch an app with so many bugs but wanted to leave a review for this app bcs I really feel like it can become great.

I’m really happy with TaskTree so far! I just started using it but a couple of things I’ve noticed so far:
- if you want to view future tasks you have to manually select to view those in your lists each new time you open TaskTree . I don’t enjoy this.
- each time I open TaskTree again it asks if I want to migrate website data, I wish there was a “do not ask again” option.
- with the widget option, I feel like it would work better if the cards showed up in a square/rectangle format instead of having to scroll to the side to see all of the cards. But I do like the confetti when you finish a task! Rewarding!

I watched a few of the developers live streams on tiktok and I couldn’t wait. I finally remembered about it and downloaded it. It was going so well. I made personal tabs and lists. It’s exactly what I need as a planner app. But all of a sudden it crashed. I assumed it was like any other app crashing so I closed TaskTree and refreshed it. Still no change. So I deleted and reinstalled hoping I could just re-login to TaskTree . But it was still the same thing. All that happened was a white screen with the pop up of offering money. I’m low on Money this month so I was going to pay in a few months but maybe not now.

I’ve been waiting for TaskTree to come out for so long so I was so excited for launch day! I think the biggest improvement needed is with notifications. You only get a notification 15 minutes before a task, not at the time of the task and it’s not that helpful. Also, if you make a list with the long card, scrolling will often not work, which can be annoying.

So thrilled to see TaskTree come to life! Rad collab has been the most amazing company to see develop TaskTree. You won’t often see an app review that’s more about the company than TaskTree but here is this one! This company has been so transparent with why and what they are developing for their products, it’s amazing to feel you have a say in the apps you are downloading. Downloading TaskTree feels like I’m downloading an app I helped create. This community they have built and the transparency with everything they do is wonderful to see. I can’t wait to see what else they can do in this app and all their other products. To see an app built by a community and to know that your opinions are seriously considered in the development is the reason you should download TaskTree!

TLDR: Download TaskTree because the Rad Collab community will make TaskTree even more amazing than it is.

I’ve been avidly awaiting TaskTree ever since stumbling upon them on TikTok. TaskTree is everything I’ve wanted it to be and is now helping me stay focused and motivated through my Masters Program!

I cannot wait for further updates but for now it works well and I enjoy I can donate what I’m able to to help support!

I have tried every habit tracker, planner, and productivity app under the sun. I have also been following Nolan passively on TikTok and was so excited to see this launched! I love the versatility of it and it’s honestly a incredibly well designed app. I will be using this forever! I’m really picky when it comes to to do list features, organization, and event planning, this really handles it all!

He also asks you pay what you can to support them which I also find admirable, as many other applications cost quite a bit to even use the basics.

Love community driven projects, especially when they turn out this well.

TaskTree is genuinely something I’ve been looking forward to and it actually has surpassed my expectations! One thing that would be super neat for the future would be to see more color selection options (I’m very much obsessed with aesthetics), but I can’t think of anything else wrong with TaskTree . So happy! As someone with ADHD, I’ve been needing an app like this!

I have adhd and really like TaskTree. I find it really helpful to have a lot of information in a way that’s not overwhelming.

I hope you guys can add features that track how many tasks you’ve completed.I think having a reward system or just a completed counter would be really beneficial to adhd users!

Literally downloaded this less than a week ago and I already know it’s going to be a lifetime blessing. I have ADHD and my anxiety gets worked up over organization. I HAVE to be organized, but I can never settle on one way to accomplish that. TaskTree has been perfect from the getgo. I can’t wait to see what new features come.

Recently diagnosed and needing some sort of help, I have tried so many task apps. This one has worked the best!!
The ONLY comment I would make is that I wish there was a way to change the time of day that the tasks reset for the next day. I’m usually awake until 3am and my daily reminders sometimes reset for the next day before I’ve had the chance to completely them. Otherwise perfect app!

TaskTree is great! Awesome concept, pretty well executed. I just keep running into minor issues.

The pay window bug was fixed, but now I can’t add notes to a widget because there’s no “done” button on the “adding a note” keyboard. I can write all I want, but the only way out of the keyboard is by closing the editing window without saving the note.

This is just after a couple days of having it, so I don’t know if there are more to be found yet.

I’ve had to homeschool myself for my last year of high school due to the pandemic, and I have struggled to keep myself accountable by finding a planner that works for me (ESPECIALLY with ADHD). That was until I found this app! I’ve been keeping up with TaskTree ’s development since I heard about it on TikTok, and it’s everything I hoped I would be!! There’s not a bunch of ads or pressure for in-app purchases like most apps would have, and there’s enough options for me to choose from without it being overwhelming. I also like that you can create your own widgets! Definitely worth trying out 😊

I saw a tik tok about TaskTree months ago and I’ve been waiting for it to come out for so long! I need an app that reminds me to do tasks AND when I have deadlines or events coming up- this is perfect! Not only is it incredibly useful but the layout is beautiful. I struggle using reminder apps that look like they were made in 2010, TaskTree has a new appearance and is user friendly. Love that I can support this creator by using TaskTree !

I love the setup and the variability in options so everybody can use it according to their needs, but after adding a few tasks, I can’t access TaskTree anymore. Every time I open TaskTree , I get a loading screen that says “loading dashboard” that doesn’t go away. I’ve tried restarting my phone but it still doesn’t work (for reference, I have an iPhone SE 2020)

TaskTree has saved me I have been using it in beta and it has Sabine’s me and help me become more organized and helped me in nursing school with keep all the assignments I have in Order with all the other stuff I have to get done!

i love this, i’ve tried to make apps used for neurodivergent people before but they’re all so expensive. this one is free! and thank you so so much for that. i love the calendar widget function that combines lists. with online school it has been so hard to keep track of everything and TaskTree helps so much. with the community collaboration on tik tok i really feel valued and heard. thank you thank you thank you.

Was really cool seeing TaskTree come together... its exactly the ideal app I would create for myself to keep track of my routines and to-dos, will be using this every day! It’s simple and so helpful.

TaskTree is so easy to use and I love how I can put my to do list in different tabs. This keeps all my stuff easily organized. I also love how when you complete a task confetti pops up!

I’ve been needing an app that does exactly what TaskTree does. It has helped me out so much in just the short amount of time I’ve had it downloaded. I can’t wait to see where TaskTree grows to become!!

Before this, I was using trello and i can honestly say i like this more! I would love to see a desktop interface eventually, but i guess I could just use it on an M1 mac. Anyways love TaskTree , love the mood tracker too :) 10/10

I don’t remember the last time I left a review for an app but I’ve had this app for ONE DAY and I genuinely cannot comprehend how beautiful and perfect it is!! The design is impeccable and I LOVE how customizable everything is!! I’m recommending TaskTree to everyone I know!
