NeoMail is honestly useless. If you’re a business there are many better companies and services to choose from. MailChimp is my favorite and has been for 15 years now.
They make it extremely difficult to cancel. I’ve been trying to cancel for months and they keep charging me. Do not pay subscription

I created a mail but I see error messages when I send messages
I really wanted this to work. Had to convince my business partner to use it. That was a mistake. After paying for the service I realized there was no way to remove the “sent from Neo” signature and advertising link from the bottom of every email I send.
I reached out to support thinking I had just missed a setting to turn it off. They informed me it could not be removed even though it is a paid service.
If you interact with customers or vendors regularly you’ll understand this looks incredibly unprofessional to be touting another company at the bottom of every email. I will unfortunately be migrating back to the email behemoth.
