Purchased tickets for a football game and after I submitted payment I received a message stating, “No Tickets Found”. I assumed this meant there has been an error in my purchase so I started the process over and again received the same message. I then checked my email and found both times the purchase had indeed gone through despite the message. I sent a message to the support email listed in the email asking for a refund for the extra purchase and was told by them that this event doesn’t offer refunds or exchanges. Apparently that applies even if it was an error on the end of the app. Very disappointed and as of right now out almost $42.

This is literally one of the most poorly designed apps I’ve ever seen. It is complete and utter garbage. There’s no way the positive reviews are real. What is the point of an iOS app for purchasing tickets if you can’t even use Apple Pay or (at a minimum) store the user’s credit card information? The app makes you enter all of your information over and over and over again—and I do mean over and over and *over* again, as every school at which my kids have a sporting event seems to use this piece of trash to sell their tickets. What a complete waste of time. It’s 2021, guys; you can do better. I would give zero stars if I could.

This makes it incredibly difficult to buy tickets for games, doesn’t save credit card info, makes you enter EVERYTHING, EVERY TIME. Doesn’t save only the events you’re interested in, it they save the school with ALL of the events. Lastly, they charge a processing fee on every ticket which is straight garbage, because the schools decided to go cashless. I wish all these schools didn’t use this! I would give this ZERO stars!
