WTH I CANNOT EVEN LOG IN They said my account was private😭

It won’t let me find my account on valking.gg. After I log in on my riot account through the app then I search my username and player number and it says this account is private and by logging in it will make it public and I can view my own account on there. Then after it makes me log back in again it to view my account it says user cannot be found and input error
