Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Amigos app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Amigos app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Amigos app on iPhone
Update Amigos app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Amigos iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Amigos on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Amigos network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Amigos not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Amigos app issues:

Force Stop the Amigos App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Amigos app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Amigos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Amigos App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Amigos app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Amigos.

Fix Amigos unable to contact server/ Amigos internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Amigos » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Amigos » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Amigos on android.
