How to fix ScriptWidget app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ScriptWidget app on iPhone
Update ScriptWidget app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ScriptWidget iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ScriptWidget on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ScriptWidget network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ScriptWidget Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ScriptWidget not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ScriptWidget App
1. On android, goto Settings » ScriptWidget » click [Force Stop]

Update ScriptWidget to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ScriptWidget App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ScriptWidget » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ScriptWidget.

Fix ScriptWidget unable to contact server/ ScriptWidget internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ScriptWidget » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ScriptWidget » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ScriptWidget
