How to fix Uplens app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Uplens app on iPhone
Update Uplens app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Uplens iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Uplens on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Uplens network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Uplens Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Uplens not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Uplens App
1. On android, goto Settings » Uplens » click [Force Stop]

Update Uplens to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Uplens App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Uplens » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Uplens.

Fix Uplens unable to contact server/ Uplens internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Uplens » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Uplens » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
