I placed an order for the OPPO A78 5G (Glowing Purple, 8GB RAM, 256GB – Global Version) on 3 May 2026 under Order ID #116664. Since placing the order, I have continuously followed up through emails regarding the delivery status. Your team repeatedly informed me that the order would be delivered within 3–4 working days. Based on this assurance, I waited patiently for almost one week. However, when I checked the status today, I was shocked to see that my order has been cancelled without any prior notification, explanation, or consent from my side. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially after multiple assurances from your support team. I kindly request you to: Immediately investigate the reason for the cancellation. Reinstate and deliver my order at the earliest possible time. Provide a clear explanation for the delay and cancellation. Confirm the updated delivery timeline urgently. I have already spent considerable time following up and waiting for this order. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Please treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.
