-The app only allows for shopping for one kind of food.

-It is unclear how to redeem points for free food/treats/toys.

How to fix Buddies app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Buddies app on iPhone
Update Buddies app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Buddies iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Buddies on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Buddies network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Buddies Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Buddies not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Buddies App
1. On android, goto Settings » Buddies » click [Force Stop]

Update Buddies to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Buddies App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Buddies » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Buddies.

Fix Buddies unable to contact server/ Buddies internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Buddies » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Buddies » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Buddies
