Not connecting anymore

Says app needs to update then when I update it just goes back to the same screen. Very disappointed.

For the last two weeks unable to connect. Keep getting message saying will be back shortly. Don’t want to have to start all over and lose all my reward points.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Buddies app issues:

Force Stop the Buddies App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Buddies app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Buddies to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Buddies App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Buddies app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Buddies.
