MyDukeHealth, as well as the actual online Duke MyChart website, is somewhat user friendly but could definitely be improved. I find it takes too many clicks to find what I am looking for—even though I have started using these platforms rather regularly. So I think someone could figure out ways to simplify and improve the layout and navigation. Also, please enable use of text (instead of email) for receiving login identification codes. Retrieving these codes via email is way too cumbersome and not very up-to-date I might add.

Excellent application for storing all your medical information and medical treatments on your phone.

CONS: The face recognition for signing in requires that you click on the icon. It is not automatic. Additionally, information stored is so small as unreadable and doesn’t expand with your fingers. Therefore, a computer is required to view the some documents.

Using MyDukeHealth is so simple with the touch finger print login. I don’t need to remember when my last tetanus shot was or whatever. Not sure how it works if you get care outside of the Duke system tho

Duke My Chart is awesome. I love being able to converse with my Parkinson’s doctor(Dr. Mantri.) she is exceptional!!!!! I love being able to get after visit notes and clinical notes. Lastly I love being able to update her on how my Parkinson’s disease is going in between visits.

The entire staff and Dr Waters were exceptional in the testing and explanation of the results . I would highly recommend this to anyone. Thanks to all. Biscuit maker

Once you get past the initial screes, the implementation for a cell phone is poor. MyDukeHealth can’t handle the small scree size and scales the entire screen to the point text is unreadable.

Please make it easy to restore an medication that has been removed. Put them in an archive list for restoration later.

Overall I am very appreciative for MyDukeHealth. The latest Duke specific app has caused problems. I used to tap app and do fingerprint to open. Now I tap app select login select fingerprint method then do fingerprint… what a pain.
I’d like to customize the dashboard, hiding or minimizing things like past visits. As of now it’s too cluttered.

In general this is a very handy entity for keeping track of my health care and my husbands.

Issues include strange requests for my husband to get ready for appointments completed. I miss the chance to receive replies directly from my provide. I also understand difficulties of overworked doctors. Generally good service

Downloaded this new app and now I can now get into the system at all. Do you know how aggravating that is?!?! Why do people have to go in and mess up things that was working just fine as it was? Now I am back to having to only being able to call in for everything which is very time consuming. Not pleased with this at all.

MyDukeHealth is easy to navigate and useful friendly. MyDukeHealth is excellent way to communicate with your providers.

The MyChart app actually worked better. Now I have to take an additional step to authenticate. Definitely needs a CX/UX review as the old MyChart app is as unusable as the new app. Fix one of them so we can get to the information quickly and efficiently.

Not easy to use

Why not give us the option to use the Epic MyChart app and the switch organizations function? Having to use a separate app to view my info at Duke seems like a waste of resources.

It’s a great healthy care and all the stuff very kind…it’s unbelievable ❤️❤️👍

App does not put in up to date info. You have to search for everything and not intuitived. Please fix
