Now I canโt get into the app

Downloaded this new app and now I can now get into the system at all. Do you know how aggravating that is?!?! Why do people have to go in and mess up things that was working just fine as it was? Now I am back to having to only being able to call in for everything which is very time consuming. Not pleased with this at all.

The MyChart app actually worked better. Now I have to take an additional step to authenticate. Definitely needs a CX/UX review as the old MyChart app is as unusable as the new app. Fix one of them so we can get to the information quickly and efficiently.
Why a separate app?

Why not give us the option to use the Epic MyChart app and the switch organizations function? Having to use a separate app to view my info at Duke seems like a waste of resources.
