I went to the app and canceled the subscription the first day of the free trial asked me why I was canceling and gave them a answer. Was still charged 8.55 and when I went back to check to the “manage my subscription” In settings I clicked on it and it will not let me click on it has “premium status (active)” and it’s not letting me click on it I have to go into my apple subscription through my apple phone through the purchase history. Am I able to get refunded this? And how do I go about it.. I am hoping it does not charge me again because it was canceled before the free trial ended and still charged me.

The actual app is okay but what I thought was a7 day trial was actually 3. I downloaded on a Friday afternoon and was charged $40 for a year subscription early Sunday morning. Not even a full 72 hours of trial.
3 days is an odd timeframe, but even so, a person should get a full 72 hours. Not 30-48 and then charge on day 3. Not impressed. That’s $40 I could have saved.
