In proper cellular data usage

When I get on DeviceHelp it continues to always tell me for cellular network connection there will be a dash meaning it’s not saying I’m connected but also not saying I’m not connected. Please fix this soon hopefully it doesn’t involve the esim being unsupported.

Useless waste of 64 MB

“Device checkup” is the only thing in DeviceHelp that actually does anything, and it only works once and fails to allow a repeat checkup. And the checkup itself fails to provide any quantitative data. The rest of DeviceHelp are just a bunch of very basic tutorial videos.

I used the checkup, it told me that my Wi-Fi was turned off, and nothing else. I turned the Wi-Fi on, DeviceHelp failed to update this info, and there was no way to reset DeviceHelp and try again. So I erased DeviceHelp . Tried it again, and now it told me that 4 areas of my phone were “ok” without any other data. Wouldn’t even provide me with how much battery life I have left, or how fast my connections are.

Useless. Don’t bother. Save your storage.

Useless

No better than their equally unhelpful website. Worse in fact, because it just forwards you there, so one may as well just start there.

No good!

The only feature I could access was the device checkup. The rest of the functions took me to a blank page. I will delete DeviceHelp. The only thing worse than DeviceHelp would be calling AT&T User Support!

Device Help - Not Much Help

Other than the Tap For a Checkup function that provides no actual details of what the checkup discovered, none of the menu items does more than take me to a blank page. I’ll be reclaiming that 64MB right away.

Needs debugged and upgraded

Battery percentage was wrong. Kept telling me I needed a system upgrade when I’ve got the latest version. I deleted DeviceHelp .

There are times where this app doesn’t help you at all

I can’t count on the many times I’ve had to use DeviceHelp, in fact it not even an app. You select through different options that best describe the problems that you are facing with your phone and it has you follow a tutorial, sometimes when completed does absolutely nothing. Sometimes the tutorial stops and you have to start all over, taking you to AT&T’s actual website prompting you to sign in ,and then it’s ( We’ve hit a snag, try again later) which is so frustrating, how's an app like this supposed to help? I had to call AT&T because I couldn’t send text messages or receive them and even they couldn’t help me but after 2 minutes after getting off the phone with them everything was fine they probably didn’t want to admit that was an outage or something that had to be fixed on their end.

I wish they would revamp DeviceHelp
