How to fix InkAI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InkAI app on iPhone
Update InkAI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InkAI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InkAI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InkAI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

InkAI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InkAI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the InkAI App
1. On android, goto Settings » InkAI » click [Force Stop]

Update InkAI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InkAI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » InkAI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart InkAI.

Fix InkAI unable to contact server/ InkAI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click InkAI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto InkAI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
