I am having trouble updating my NYS Excelsior Pass Pluss. I tried to input the booster shot I received on 11/18/2021 and it is trying to send a text verification to a phone number I no longer have. (315)437-4523. The only number I have is 1-315-657-1821. How can I correct this? Also when I try scanning the QR code for the booster it says not found.
My booster shot is not showing up on my Excelsior Pass Plus!
Once the camera was on I couldn’t get it off.

Accidentally went to camera and had nothing to scan. When I tried to go back there was no way to do it. Now when I open the app it stays at the camera part.
