Ever since the recent update a few weeks ago, I can no longer book a class and add it to my calendar. I have an iPhone and it worked perfectly before the update. It’s still working for Android phones though. App developers, please fix this!

I paid 295$ for the 24 months, and who ever is in charge of sending me workout Routines only send me 1 week! Joke! I message him and I get nothing in response! I’m suppose to be on week 3 technically and still noting . I will be doing a charge back to my bank! Don’t waste ur time!! I mean I paid that much they should be on top of sending out weekly emails and updates

Fit is great and the fact that you can find classes and you can schedule classes for fitness and you can pay for it on here but that’s where it’s annoying if you put in a credit card it doesn’t remember your address so you input that every single time it for some odd reason doesn’t really accept Apple Pay unless you type in hand so there’s no pay and double click on the right like every single other app out there

My yoga studio uses Fit to book classes. The “book now” button has disappeared entirely from Fit . I’ve deleted Fit and reinstalled it hoping to fix the error. Still not working. Very frustrating.

I have had major and repeated problems with Fit, and have had to delete and reload it multiple times.

Glitches terribly. Servers down plenty of error messages.

Very annoying.

With the new iPhone update you can not see the blog details. Needs an update.

I’d say most times Fit works well but then out of nowhere the chat feature will disappear, not work, or not allow you to create group chats

Fit would be close to perfect if only it had a simple reschedule feature. My clients can only cancel their classes on Fit, which causes them to lose their credit that they paid. In order to keep their credit and reschedule the class, they have to leave Fit and log into my website directly.

I’ve called them to submit a request for this seemly simple and obvious feature, but they’ve still not made progress on it after several months.

Only downside is I have to constantly recenter my address? It doesn’t autofill it.

I don’t see the notifications for upcoming classes

My only complaints are more like desires- I just wish there were more options for customizing the content, and more admin control vs customer control. The calendar/agenda, for example and applying coupons to a customer yourself. Things like not really offering different views of the calendar are infuriating in the face of such an otherwise robust interface, and not allowing you to apply and/or remove discount codes to customer orders yourself makes for a cluttered and inaccurate system when half your clients are elderly and will NEVER go online to apply their own coupon.
When there’s something lacking, it feels entirely confusing why they’d overlook it since Wix has so much to offer and is so proactive in their design and ideas.

Give information when it needed to met the clients needs. It also keep us informed for our weekly session.

Very easy to use fitness app. Classes are easy to sign up and pay for.

Please add a search bar to the group discussions. It would make it so much easier for us to find key words that have already been discussed and answered instead of posting repetitive questions to our groups.

Hello, I am a gym owner and I usually write the workout of the day in the blog posts. However, my members are constantly complaining these days that when they try to open the blog post it doesn't show up. Who am i supposed to get contact with to get this issue fixed asap? Thank you

v2.84329.0 does not load booking page for fitness user of gym. There is no easy way to open a support ticket to inform you.
