Almost unusable, not sure why they’ve done this. It used to be so easy and quick to edit and place an order but they’ve now made it very difficult, they’ve added images everywhere where none are needed, there’s just unnecessary stuff all over the place, and it’s hard to understand how much is going to be charged. I’ve been a loyal Ocado customer for over 10 years but I think I’ll be stopping now that they’ve made the app unusable.

Once again a company takes a perfectly usable app and redesigns it to make it worse. Less clear. Less usable. Seriously: fire your design agency.
