Hello, we purchased a subscription to your website Zing Coach on June 22, 2024. Unfortunately, it was discovered that your application is not available in the Russian App Store, which makes using the subscription impossible for me. The trial period has passed and payment has been submitted. I wrote to support, no one answers. Please find a refund option for unused subscriptions.

How to fix Zing AI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zing AI app on iPhone
Update Zing AI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zing AI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zing AI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zing AI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zing AI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zing AI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zing AI App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zing AI » click [Force Stop]

Update Zing AI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zing AI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zing AI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zing AI.

Fix Zing AI unable to contact server/ Zing AI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zing AI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zing AI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zing AI
