I am about 20 pounds over my ideal weight and I was looking for a guided exercise app. ZingAI gave me just that but it also has taken into account my personal strengths and weakness which helps me mentally. It gives me peace of mind that it’s not going to tell me to do something impossible for my fitness level and is building upon my current strengths to make me stronger.

ZingAI renewed my desire to workout. It takes into consideration how my whole body and mind feels and how much time I have. Then it creates a customized, effective and powerful workout for me. It tracks my fitness goals and daily progress. I highly recommend it.

ZingAI is great and the tech behind it is fantastic however I find it unpleasant to use screen mirroring when it just displays your severely vertical phone layout on a horizontal tv screen. Please add a horizontal layout when the phone is being mirrored on a horizontal screen.

Everyone is using this at home and the experience would be 100% better with this feature!

Second time trying to write a review. I guess they are filtering out the bad ones. I’ve had ZingAI about a month now and love it, except for all the glitches. Very buggy. Pay for an entire year now I want a refund. I wish they could fix it or at least address my problem. To date nothing. I have emailed customer support twice. No response. Don’t purchase it. You’ll thank me later.

I was really liking ZingAI for a couple weeks but now it’s super buggy. It freezes in between sets for at least 2 minutes and other times it will do a set but the video isn’t showing. That’s the worst kind of bug when you depend on those to work.

I like the fact of have a coach. I just don’t like ZingAI is not that friendly. I wanted an app where I can track my running speed in other you know options as well

It was a good service until I paid and then after a few days the workout never changed from a 16 minute stretch. For weeks….I contacted multiple times for help and got only one short email from a “coach” after weeks of trying to get them to respond. Poor service / no new workouts after paid for a year. Really sad I was so hopeful.

I love ZingAI and workouts included. Onboarding is detailed is and daily check-ins are very helpful. Good job.

However, I sometimes want more intense workouts, with more equipment. Would be great if I could the intensity level.

After installing ZingAI it started asking lots of questions to create a profile for you and then it requested to scan your fingerprint. That is a no no for me and I absolutely do not see any reason whatsoever to share my fingertips with any app for no reason. Not necessary at all. They need to remove that. So I refused to continue and deleted ZingAI immediately.

Zing customize your workout and make you sweat. I’ve been doing this for about a month now and I really enjoy it.

I’ve tried dozens of fitness apps. It this one was the only to deliver results! Great interface and training programs

Not sure if this is a normal thing or not but for the price it should definitely be recognized to a fault that I can’t mirror this to my tv and workout. Is your trainer that you chose not supposed to workout with you? I don’t know how to do the moves without someone showing me how especially since this is my first time

I tried ZingAI and had difficulties with it. I requested help and no one got back to me. Then I tried to cancel the service and found that it was difficult to cancel. I think it’s a great idea but they need to back that up with great service which they have not done yet.

Was loving ZingAI , but it’s super buggy and freezes constantly. It’s hard to keep your heart rate up when you constantly have to force quit ZingAI and reopen it with the hopes it will start up again (sometimes it doesn’t).

ZingAI is a nightmare. I have been trying to unsubscribe for more than 2 weeks. Sending messages, looking everywhere for a way. Nothing!
I guess I will have to call my credit card and report them!

It’s a whole scam. You set up the payment for subscription and after 2 workout sessions it stops working. There’s no effort into ZingAI at all which is why they’re so quick to tell you how to cancel. Dont waste your time.

4 star because it’s not for free but other than that 5⭐️

Interface design is super posh

I did download, and explored but never agreed to spending 40 some odd dollars. I may have agreed to one month, but certainly not one year. I don’t appreciate that you got 40 dollars out of me with no way to challenge it (and yes, I looked)

Everything just stopped working

Why I can’t get my workout on ZingAI it doesn’t do anything for me 😒😒😒? Please I need answer or I will just delete it thank you.
