Contact CHL TV Support

Since I am unable to find a direct email to CHL TV. I will try this format. We paid for the WHLLIVE play off package. We ( everyone from Seattle streaming) had streaming issues. The feed was choppy and would stall and freeze our computer. The games in question are; Kamloops vs Seattle on May 2 and May 4th. As I am not the only person having this issue. Please resolve this problem. In addition I would expect a credit for the 2 games for either the next leg of play offs or next years hockey

I downloaded the app on my firestick to watch on my TV, when I'm watching the replay games there is no sound. But I get sound on my phone for replay games. Can you help me with why I get no sound when watching it on my TV thru the app. Thank you

I have spent several days trying to renew my regular season OHL package I had last year. Today again making an effort to try and get this straightened out l end up with some scam called Just Answer. I believe l’m still dealing with CHL and continue to submit information. I end up being told l’m being charged initially with 2 dollars plus 66 dollars and change which will be charged every month. In speaking with my credit card company to straighten this out l’m informed l am charged for the full CHL package that l didn’t want. There was no confirmation of this charge via email. I’ve have been trying to ask for a solution via the CHL website with no solution provided. My guess is a computer not able to help. I’ve asked no more appropriately begged for a phone number to actually speak to a person again to no avail. So now stuck with a credit card payment for something l don’t want and unable to purchase the OHL package l want. I guess we are all entitled to an opinion and my opinion of CHL tv is shameful service. I’m fairly sure my rant will fall on deaf ears. Again shameful.

Trying to watch Owen Sound and Guelph. The picture keeps going green. Every game so far this year has had problems I didn't pay good money for that crap. Get it fixed!

I tried contacting you again last night and all I get is a bunch of Bull crap. I resigned up for the contract again this month because we cant attend the Kitchener Rangers games as my husband has been very ill. this feed for 2 months has been terrible, its amazing how when its intermission all is clear game comes on and it freezes you need to go back out and then start over . we have missed more of the games than we see. Your help line wants my computer name is my modem flashing this is crap I stream prime video Netflix and crave and have no issues. if you cant get it right you should get out of providing it. I purchased the CHLTV Single league pass and they put me in the wrong division supposed to be in OHL but they put me in the Quebec league

Feed is screwed up. The account is under my wife’s name and email. But here is how we have to watch this. It’s ridiculous It won’t let me send a picture. Which I will do when you email me back (hopefully it will let me.) this is terrible and I shouldn’t have to pay to watch it like this
