After selecting a game to watch you are forced to watch an ad before the game feed starts, not sure why this is necessary when I’m already paying for the content. I understand that there’s been lost revenue over the past year but this change downgraded one of my favorite live sports apps to something average. Also add in Picture in Picture please, makes every app better and there’s no excuse not to have it.

The absolute worst user experience ever. Terrible video quality. No rewind function. Can’t even watch a replay of a game without errors.

I watched the Winterhawks game and it was so painful! The first period especially. It was something I’d expect from a middle school. Signal was poor. Cameras on and off. Cutting in and out. I am glad it was a freeview and that I hadn’t paid for the subscription which oddly I am still contemplating because I miss watching hockey.

The registration process never asked for a promo code like the support docs said it would so now I have paid full price. Don’t see anyplace to input it. Tried to view the first WHL game and it just gives me a URL code error.

Glad I got my subscription for half price. The camera work is just brutal!! PLEASE KILL THE ZOOM SHOTS! Half the time you can’t even see where the puck is, or your looking at open ice.

The video quality and bugs in CHLTV is inferior in every way to the old app. Unwatchable video. Crashes. No choice of home/away team announcer. Inaccurate info on screen. CHLTV is clearly not ready for people to use.

It’s serious ammature hour here at CHL TV. Lost of freezing and general instability . If you get it to work absolutely don’t touch your device until the game is over . Very frustrating . My guess is CHLTV was developed by kids in middle school .

Love that I can finally watch US WHL hockey but for some reason the audio is very weak compared to other apps aand there is no volume controller to fix it. Big action, tiny tiny sound.

I bought a pass for WHL hockey and my account ended up with OHL hockey I have tried to find a fix online and spent several hours to try and correct this. there is no phone number that i can find to call them the pass has already been payed for and there seems to be no way to get a refund. I need help and the web site does not help
Come on people!!!!! You want us to pay for your app and the video quality is so poor. Its jerky and shadowy. Watched almost the full first period and have not been able to see anything.
