I cannot rate SuperChix appropriately as it is out of date. As new locations open, app should update to include for use. I would love to be able to order my delicious lunch from SuperChix and go pick it up, but alas, my location is not there. Will be happy to update use once updated to include new locations.

SuperChix is completely useless. I created a login but every time I try to go on SuperChix to place an order or scan it, it won’t let me login. It says the info is incorrect. When I click reset password it never sends an email.

SuperChix is simply unacceptable in 2024. I understand that there are not a lot of Super Chix locations (I’m seeing 35) and that the company is therefore not going to focus on their own app so they’ve outsourced it to this Olo company, fine. Actually, potentially smart even. But when there is no way to contact anyone through SuperChix and when SuperChix doesn’t have Apple Pay integration (what?!?), not so fine. Olo may be the ones letting Super Chix down here, but it doesn’t matter, the bottom line is that SuperChix is letting customers down and that should matter to Super Chix who should do something about it.

This is one of the many restaurant apps that uses PunchH service for SuperChix . It always fails if you know your password from a web browser login. Its a pain to have to reset your password. Your phone will always also populate the wrong PunchH password, so yoi’ll have to check and change to the right one. The login issues with PunchH make SuperChix a huge PITA.

Website and app use different domains which confuses password managers. No Apple Pay integration. Consequently, carve out 20 mins to place your order while you reset your password again and hand key in that credit card (because who would trust every app with their card info?)

No Apple Pay integration. Either the “I’m here” check in button doesn’t alert the store, or the employees don’t check it because no one brings the curbside orders out.

The new Knoxville location is not added to app yet. Will it get added soon?

I gave a 4 because there wasn’t a initial deal for getting SuperChix

Their Cajun fries, fried chicken tenders, and buffalo sauce is amazing! I would give them a 5 if they had CocaCola products instead of Pepsi.

I love Super Chix and am excited that they updated their app.

This is the best most delicious restaurant we have in East Cobb! The menu has some for everyone I had a delicious Asian grilled chicken salad , tasty French Fries and the best tastiest custard. I can’t wait to go back on Monday for lunch for the first day opening to the public!!! Yea for this restaurant finally a fun, fresh place for lunch and dinner! Check out the menu and the prices are so reasonable….😎🌸🫠

App is easy to navigate and figure out. And the food is amazing!!

Restaurant Chelsea the Manager 1st class rep for Super Chix. Always helpful and always has a big smile. A big part of the reason why I visit this establishment besides the grilled Cordon Bleu sandwich is outstanding!!!

I travel 13 miles to get the fries and Nashville hot lettuce wrap regularly on Sunday. It’s yummy and filling! The staff in Chesapeake is friendly and helpful. I heard that there may be a Super Chix opening in VA Bch. I guarantee it would get busy out that way. That is closer for me, too.

Super Chix in Hoover, AL offered phenomenal food with outstanding service! We visited during lunch which was a very busy time. The workers were looking for ways to help customers and stayed busy. Best customer service I've seen in a long time! Highly recommend this location.

The fries are to die for and of course, their chicken products are great, too!!!
