Functional but not customer-friendly

This app is simply unacceptable in 2024. I understand that there are not a lot of Super Chix locations (I’m seeing 35) and that the company is therefore not going to focus on their own app so they’ve outsourced it to this Olo company, fine. Actually, potentially smart even. But when there is no way to contact anyone through the app and when the app doesn’t have Apple Pay integration (what?!?), not so fine. Olo may be the ones letting Super Chix down here, but it doesn’t matter, the bottom line is that this app is letting customers down and that should matter to Super Chix who should do something about it.
Needs update

I cannot rate this app appropriately as it is out of date. As new locations open, app should update to include for use. I would love to be able to order my delicious lunch from the app and go pick it up, but alas, my location is not there. Will be happy to update use once updated to include new locations.
Useless

This app is completely useless. I created a login but every time I try to go on the app to place an order or scan it, it won’t let me login. It says the info is incorrect. When I click reset password it never sends an email.
