How to fix WatchsApp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WatchsApp app on iPhone
Update WatchsApp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WatchsApp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WatchsApp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WatchsApp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WatchsApp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WatchsApp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WatchsApp App
1. On android, goto Settings » WatchsApp » click [Force Stop]

Update WatchsApp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WatchsApp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WatchsApp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WatchsApp.

Fix WatchsApp unable to contact server/ WatchsApp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WatchsApp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WatchsApp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
