It is said that monthly subscription is $7.99, but I was charged $37,98 !!!! Why? I don't want this subscription anymore!

Liro was great…when it was working. It’s been over two months and it’s still not working. It’s a shame because it really was great.

Won’t let me start subscription. Crashes every time I try.

It saves only 5 seconds of the video, restarting didn’t help

Every time I try to add a video it falsely says that something is wrong with my network. This happened after I paid for pro features. SCAM!

It works half the time trust me. Plus there’s no warning or customer service to fix things. Don’t waste your money!

I am on a monthly subscription and Liro isn’t working. It’s been down for more than a week!!!!

What is wrong? Liro has not been working for almost 2 weeks. I tried DM’ing on Instagram, nothing. Can’t get a hold of an agent on the in-app chat support. I really love Liro and am still paying for it, but I will have to cancel my subscription if they don’t fix it.

Leaving a review because I’ve reached out for support and have not received a response. I use this app for work, and it has been a simple but effective tool for the last couple years (other than some glitches where it suddenly closes once in a while). Lately, I am not able to center text correctly and I have to manually do it using a ruler. I pay for Liro, so it’s a bit disappointing I cannot get support on this.

I can’t get it to work. Tried multiple times on different WiFi networks and cellular data. With multiple videos. Usually videos no longer than 30 seconds. Still same problem. Gives me an error saying something about my network. But when I try other auto caption apps, they all work except this one.

I’m having a real issue trying to get a hold of somebody through Liro or even try to find an email to contact customer service.

I purchased the pro option, with a monthly subscription. It is supposed to be able to upload upto 15 minutes of video.

I have not been able to upload my 7 minute video, and it’s impossible try to find someone, and even go through the iPhone app process to request a full refund. Frustrating.

I paid for the monthly subscription. I had a little video work to do. I hoped this could expedite my time. However, Liro is loaded with technical problems. Often it cannot load videos, and more often, you will finish fixing the subtitles and then Liro will tell you that something went wrong and the video can’t be rendered. OR the video will render and never appear in your photo library.

Hoped to save time. Wasted a lot of it on Liro that really seems like it is unfinished. Recommend looking elsewhere.

Don’t. Just don’t. To be fair, Liro did what I wanted easily, however, I did not know it was $60! for a year. I’ll never use it enough to pay for it. Unfortunately, I did not make it back in time to cancel the 7 day trial because I am a busy person, and when I saw the $60 hit in my checking account I immediately contacted Apple for a refund because I never intended to keep Liro . THEY SAY ITS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND! They refund small amounts but not big ones. I don’t need the hit right now but I guess I need to start making lyric videos for people because I need to generate some income to pay for this! NOT COOL and NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

After trying every caption app, this app was the best. I speak in a whisper due to a disability, and this app recognized most of my words. It also had options to make my captions look beautiful.. at first. After exporting my first video, the rest came out with dull captions. I couldn't get white on black anymore, and the captions were gray and hard to read. I tried my best to contact a developer but the "contact us" button didnt work and the link to the website led nowhere, which is why I'm writing this review. If someone gets back to me before my purchase on the 26th I will continue with the purchase, and I'd give a 5 star review as well - but if not, I won't buy it. Too bad because I really liked it the first time around.

It is easy to understand how it works, it does what it promises to do.
Also, animated styles for captions are game-changer.

It’s a great app,I tried so many apps but it’s a very accurate even in the low sounds

One of the most convenient app I’ve ever used. Easy features, lots of caption design options. Bomb!
