I have used this app for a couple years, both as a paid user and as a free user. I downgraded to free user a few months ago since I don’t do the level of project creation that I used to. I was creating one single graph today on the web app, (which I had spent about two hours working on) and I tried to add a photo, and it said, “storage limit reached. Upgrade to a higher plan for more storage.” I thought this was super annoying, but whatever. I went and deleted a bunch of old projects and went back to the graph and tried again. Same issue. I deleted all the photos I’d uploaded and have saved, then I quit Visme and reopened it and tried again. Same issue. No matter what I did I could not keep working on my project until I spend over $150 on a membership. I see now, this app says they allow a free tier, but they do not. It’s a lie. If you try to use this app for free you will eventually get stuck behind a paywall and lose all your hard work, unable to continue work on any of your projects. I have no sympathy for liars and there is nothing more frustrating than when a company steals hours of work from you. this app, your inevitable defeat by Canva is well deserved.
I’m sure this is beneficial to some, but I was looking for a truly AI driven platform. Instead this seems to be just an Ai chatbot layered over a template generator. It’s slow and cumbersome. I waited waaay too long to generate the documents that didn’t even fall within the guidelines of what I was trying to create. It’s too bad, I was hoping for better.
Premium features not unlocking even after payment. Support is no where to be found through Visme . I emailed support and no response.
I tired using the free trail and even buying Pro version but it won’t let me. My trial says it has started, but I still can’t down load or access any of the extra features.
Buyer Beware!!!!! I signed up for the 3 day free trial which you have to leave a credit card or debit, Which they charged me twice $59. Now, the company is charging me $59 every month! Visme is difficult and definitely not user friendly. I have looked everywhere on Visme to cancel and for a phone number to cancel and I can’t find NO CONTACT US INFORMATION!!
I have called my bank to do a stop payment and close my account.
I had to give this scam app/company a 1-star because I couldn’t give it a Negative-10!
If you are a college student looking to make your PowerPoint points fun, I highly recommend using other platforms. This is expensive, basic, and glitchy. The customer support isn’t great. Overall it was a waste of money and I regret it.
They post templates online and offer you to download and use them. After spending hours navigating their garbage UI I try to save it, and hour before the project is due, and they say I can’t have it unless I pay for a subscription. Nothing said it was a paid use prior to trying to save it. Absolute trash. Don’t give this trash your money, zero soul to be found in this company.
Visme is useless for me. When I click to open an existing trip, Visme crashes. I’ve reinstalled many times.
Great for ad building but I bought the subscription and still couldn’t use any of the download options I paid for

Was looking to create a nice flyer for the holidays. I loved the selection of photos but even more the icon and graphics library.
I also designed a quick pitch deck for my upcoming meeting and really liked the template selection and options. It be great if there was more variety of holiday graphics, but otherwise it’s my go to app now for anything design related.
It’s so easy to use, I love that I can do all the same things in Visme as I can do on desktop and the design is very intuitive.
This is a great app & I was surprised it didn’t have a lot of reviews! I had to make a cover letter and resume and it was so awesome all the choices/styles they had and how much you can personalize it! No complaints!!!! 👍🏼👍🏼
I love this app, and having Visme available so I can edit and create more casually on the go and do side work from my tablet is such a win for me. I even designed a logo for a brand concept I have been working on. Thank you, this app!
Have used a lot of platforms to create content and if you have a team or are a business owner this app is definitely the best. It’s now the only one we use to make all our content and keep us in the loop!
this app has the best design templates! I have used a lot of them for personal projects and also for any business meetings I have. They are very easy to use and you can easily replace all of the content and data with your own. I highly recommend it!
I have been a desktop this app user for the past 2 years and am so pleased that it is now available for mobile devices! I can always find a great template for a wide variety of projects and can now present and make edits from my phone! I love this software!
