I PURCHASED THE BLUETTI GENERATOR WITH TWO SOLAR PANELS 03/2026 FOR MY DAUGHTER BUT WE DID NOT RECIEVE THE Y SPLITTER CORD TO CONNECT THE 2EA. TOGETHER. AT FIRST, SHE RECIEVED THE GENERATOR AND PANELS BUT SHE DID NOT RECIEVE THE CORDS AT ALL. THEY FINALLY SHIPPED LATER THE NEXT DAY ON ANOTHER COURRIER.I ASSUME DIT WPOULD COME WITH A WAY TO HOOK THE TWO PANELS TOGETHER TO SPEED UP CHARGIG THE UNIT WHJEN THE GRID GOES DOWN. NOW THAT WE GOT THOSE CORDS, WE DO NOT HAVE THE Y SPLITTER CORD ATTACHMENT TO HOOK THE 2EA. SOLAR PANELS TOGETHER SO WE CAN USE BOTH PANELS THAT SHOULD HAVE CAME WITH THE DEAL, RENDERING ONE OF THE PANELS USELESS. THIS IS REDICULOUS AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE FOR THEM TO SEND ME IT TO 14403 RYDER GRAY DR. AUSTIN , TX. 78738 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF WE DO NOT RECIVE THESE CORDS WITHIN 1- WEEK OF THIS EMAIL, I WILL START REPORTING THEM ON THE PISSED CONSUMER SITE. PLEASE REMEDY YOUR MISTAKE OR MISREPRESENTAION OF YOUR PRODUCT. 3 year old 200 solar panel bought with a AC-180. Zero open circuit voltage. >>>???<<<

How are there no notifications? My BLUETTI 200 v2 caused a power surge and blew the breaker and was on battery power. Without a notification my equipment shutdown. The estimated time remaining is no where near accurate. It was off by a factor of 5 lasting only 20% of the time listed without a change in the equipment load. That estimate is utter garbage and useless. What a useless app that does nothing and is bloated with useless features.

I’ve been using the app for about a week and a half. Everything works well so far. My only issue is i’m having using the app on my iPad. It will only display in portrait mode. This is more of a complaint than an issue for me since I have a keyboard and a trackpad.I manage, but it keeps me from giving the app five stars.

The BLUETTI devices make adding solar and batteries to a home rather simple. Customer support is responsive.

The inverters draw more power overhead than I expected. The software could be better.

It’s been a learning experience but I’m satisfied.
