Having the same issue as most people. Taking many pictures of half dead plant with brown crispy leaves and it keeps telling me it’s healthy. Took several pictures of my small plum tree that has holes in its leaves and PlantDiseaseIdentifier is telling me it’s healthy. If you go into the settings, you can send an email through their Contact option. I emailed to cancel before the 3day free period ended and hope they actually cancel it or I will also be contacting Apple to shut this fraudulent App down!

1 out of 20 plants were identified incorrectly . The 2 that I needed help with it told me the same disease. Which it isn’t even close. One is a fungus I needed help with. The other was a big for sure just don’t know which one. Anyway, not helpful at all and I paid for the year. No customer service help either

PlantDiseaseIdentifier could not tell a dead lane from a live plant let alone distinguish between multiple diseases. I have a number of Columbine plants that have some sort of fungus. Says 100% healthy with 97% probability. I have 2 rabis current pushes showing some sort of issue like scale or black spot, it states it’s 98%healthy with 100% probability. It cannot tell the simplist issues. Waste of $$

the amount of ads is infuriating if you use the free version.
then after waiting through 10 minutes of ads, (1) it doesn’t even correctly identify my plant species
(2) it says “this plant 99% has disease”
didn’t need an “app” to tell me that much.
now i’m angry & wasted my time

It tells me my plants look healthy when I know they are not why would I pay you to tell me something that is wrong took my pictures different angle and you still said it 98% healthy when all the leaves and pines are falling off

In my opinion this is the best application for detecting what is happening to your plants. It is definitely worth the money.

PlantDiseaseIdentifier identified my plant perfectly but every photo attempt from a different angle said my plant was healthy. It might be, but it’s not going to be if I can’t determine what’s growing on it. Frustrated and paid in full to NOT get my answer.

PlantDiseaseIdentifier is wonderful and perfect for all the plant diagnosis you may ever need. It offers recommendations as well as treatments.

two good things about PlantDiseaseIdentifier: ID’s the plant and says whether the disease is viral or fungal

but does not say WHAT KIND of disease it is.

i’m currently doing research on plant diseases and just wish PlantDiseaseIdentifier was a little more helpful in naming the disease.

it also gives possible solution methods, but it’d be better not to list chemical bc i feel like most people are not trained in pesticides, and they’re bad for the environment. so maybe just have a disclaimer about herbicide, but leave that to professionals.

The camera is always blurry (only on PlantDiseaseIdentifier ), which may be the problem. Scanned the same plant several times and got a different results every time. PlantDiseaseIdentifier is not worth your money.

PlantDiseaseIdentifier are Crooks and thieves. No way to contact anyone in person . They dont read the contact email they provide and they have been stealing my miney every week. Give me my money and cancel my trial subscription NOW… THIEVES

The program miss identified the plants 2 out of three times and in all occasions said the plant looked healthy. My gooseberry is not healthy. It’s leaves are spotted, turning yellow and is dropping its leaves. I’m am canceling my subscription. I was hoping it would identify my diseases and let me know how to treat it.

Same picture used several times with several answers resulting. Same tomato leaves being identified as several different plants.

PlantDiseaseIdentifier helped me identify the disease that was affecting some plants in my lawn and act accordingly with the treatment suggested by PlantDiseaseIdentifier .

I paid for the entire year but PlantDiseaseIdentifier still isn’t working on my phone the only thing I’ve got successfully to work is the bingo add. I can’t seem to get to the to my subscription to identify the diseases

Took me forever to get through the adds. Finally took a photo of my obviously I’ll plant and was told that it was perfectly healthy. For some reason the camera quality through PlantDiseaseIdentifier is horrible.

I thought that this would tell you what individual pest is infecting your plant, or what specific environmental change is needed to improve plant health, but it does neither.

PlantDiseaseIdentifier is amazing!!!!! I learned my tree has a fungal disease. LOVE IT!!!!

Worked for like 30 minutes then just got stuck in a loop and just had me watch adds and asked for money. Deleted app.

Did not get the same results when I took two photos and got different identifications . I am not happy with your app. I do not want the subscription.

I have different issues with two separate plants and all it says it that there is an abiotic disease for each the recommendations are vague. I wouldn’t recommend PlantDiseaseIdentifier.
