الفكرة عظيمة و الواجهة جميلة لكن كأداء تطبيق يجيب لك الضغط و اتمنى اصلاحه
للأسف الشديد خدمة العملاء في التطبيق سيئة جدا جدا بل في الحضيض. طلبت من التطبيق بتاريخ 15 مايو لاستلام الطلب من محل "hi" واخترت ايقونة الوصول ولم يحضر العامل لتسليم الطلب بعد الانتظار فترة طويلة؛ فاتصلت بالمحل على الجوال المسجل في موقع قوقل وطلبت التوصيل للسيارة لطلبي من خلال التطبيق ورفض العامل وطلب مني الحضور لباب المحل لاستلامه ورفضت طبعا لان هذا يخالف سياسة التطبيق وطال انتظاري من الطلب قرابة نصف ساعة وربما اكثر فتركت الموقع ورجعت للبيت ثم طالبتهم لاحقا بإعادة المبلغ وإلى الان بتاريخ 5 يونيو لم يحصل شيء مع ان المبلغ متواضع جدا لكن للاسف الخدمة سيئة للغاية ولا توجد معالجة سريعة للموقف

للاسف حملت التطبيق ولكن مايخدمونك في مكه 🙄
اذا مو قد العروض لا تسوون عرض من الاساس مو طبيعي لي ٥ ايام احاول اطلب من تشكن وكل الفروع مغلقة !!
للاسف بعد اتمامي للطلب تم سحب مبلغ الطلب واقفال خانه المطعم وبعد التواصل مع خدمه العملاء تم افادتي ان الخطاء مني !
واجهه المستخدم غريبه ..اذا رفعت الشاشه تختفي المطاعم ..لو تعدلت لشكل طبيعي افضل
وتحتاج اضافه قهاوي جديدة
للاسف التطبيق يظهر محلات الرياض فقط
نتمنى نشوف التطبيق يتوسع لمناطق المملكة و نكون نقدر نختار المنطقة
احلى تطبيق للناس الكسوله اللي ماتحب تنزل تاخذ الطلب # خليك من الطبقه المخملية 👍🏽😎
