Wegmans Meals 2GO Reviews

I had no clue that Wegmans delivered and was super excited to see WegmansMeals2GO! I wish there was a section to list any allergens or a note space to write out specific modifications. I noticed that for pizzas, the toppings could be modified but not the cheese and sauce section which would have been nice considering I would have liked non dairy cheese on half of the pizza. I also noticed that there were only 2 types of desserts and would have liked to see more considering there is a whole section of prepared desserts in store. Other than that, great app and amazing food definitely should advertise this service more!

This is the first year in my life that I’ve ever used a meal service for Christmas dinner. I was a little nervous about doing so but I am so glad I did!!!!!
I purchased the garlic prime rib roast for Christmas dinner, everyone was raving about it.!!! It was off the chart delicious , melt in your mouth! All of the side dishes where perfect. I’ve purchased The sushi platter and the crabcake platter in the past month and all have been amazing. I haven’t had anything less than delicious so far.
Thank you Wegmans catering for making Christmas less stressful and delicious!

My son opted for a fresh fruit tray instead of a cake for his birthday. I had two days to make this happen. Wegmans came through in so many ways; your app is so easy to use; my order was ready when I came to pick it up with the nicest staff member delivering it to me at my car. The fruit tray was of superb quality and freshness. Our whole family loved it. I will not think twice about where to go for catering in the future!!! I was the first to try Meals2Go at our local Wegmans tonight. WegmansMeals2GO made ordering easy and fast. The design of WegmansMeals2GO is intuitive and information is easy to find. I chose the items, amount of each item, and the time of pick up. Arriving at the store I found the designated pick up section of the parking lot easily, thanks to the instructions in WegmansMeals2GO . The best part was the food, which was delicious. My family loved it. We'll be ordering from WegmansMeals2GO again soon.

I LOVED the wegmans app ... the way it used to be. I was able to make several lists at a time. For example: a vacation grocery list, a future party grocery list, a current weekly grocery list, and even I’d make lists for meals I made seasonally. The new app doesn’t allow me to do that.

I also frequently get knocked off this site, or my current list is deleted, there seems to be bugs they can’t fix.

Once my list is made and I’m completing it, the old app would notify me if all my items were purchased. This new app doesn’t. That’s not a huge deal, but it was such a nice perk.

It’s nice that Wegmans offers such a detailed database of all their groceries but I miss the old app.

The new one doesn’t sort my list in the order of the store I select. Why?!

The new app doesn’t let me click on items and zoom to see specific things on the packaging.

Apparently I had more complaints than I thought. Hopefully someone reads this and improves the new app! Who’s idea was it to change in the first place?!

Since being quarantined has made it difficult to just run into Wegman’s on a whim and grab something good to eat. I wanted a sub and Wegman’s Meal2go did not let me down. The food was nicely packed and delivered on time. But the best part was that the sub was fresh and so delicious. This service is so perfect—whether I am working from home or rushing home after work, I will use this service to meet me at the door with a fresh, great tasting meal.

I love WegmansMeals2GO , I use all the time, that’s why I’m confused why I can’t enter my payment info to order wegmanstogo, never had that problem before, now won’t take last 3 numbers and when I take picture of card still says invalid number. Please fix!

I ordered food for my team at work through the meals 2go crap here, 3 days in advance. I received a message 2hrs before pick up time on the actual day saying that it got rescheduled for another day...what the heck?!! I didnt need it another day!
Apparently there was nothing Wegmans people could do so not only they canceled last minute but the refund of the cancelation wont hit back in like 3-5 days. I had to pay out of pocket somewhere else for a rushed, last minute order instead of what I had planned and was expecting from days before with them.
Horrible experience, never ordering from Wegmans again.

Neat , clean , friendly, unique healthy items and soooooo much more.
Many of us are not down in N Myrtle Beach because we truly can NOT find its equal !
From customer service to foods and services and specialty foods , pharmacy ......... etcetcetc....... you trust Wegmans and are well treated by all !!
It’s just an A+ and wayyy above even a good grocery store ......... Wegmans is so much more. Even a choice place to eat a tasty meal !! The best !!

I need to check ingredients before everything I eat. I am constantly surprised at the harmful ingredients in the simplest foods. Roast chicken at two chains I shop with contains carrageenan, which reacts with my digestive system.
WegmansMeals2GO lists no ingredients for any of the foods. It does tell you allergen containing ingredients such as soy, wheat, milk but that is not enough. I am disappointed that such a highly respected food and meal purveyor such as Wegmans does not provide this information.
Then too the meals list is extremely limited to maybe 6-8 options! There are no separate entries listed so that is it. Not helpful when I want to access some of Wegmans fine cooking.

I am very pleased with my experience with your curb side pickup. I ordered my meal and was given directions on what to do when I got to the store. I did get mixed up as to where my spots were. I called the number on the receipt and a very nice young man helped me. When I got to the right spot he was waiting for me. It was so pleasant an experience. I will definitely use this service again. The pictures of the food in WegmansMeals2GO are beautiful! Every time I look at it I get hungry. The variety food offered in WegmansMeals2GO is incredible. There is nothing else out there that lets me get pizza and sushi on the same order. If you offered Mexican food too with WegmansMeals2GO I may use it everyday. How about breakfast? Either way I love WegmansMeals2GO and can’t wait for this to be in all stores. Keep up the good work!

Hey love WegmansMeals2GO great options and selections. Recently meaning today, when I input my address WegmansMeals2GO just continually loaded and said I had a slow connection speed (I know this is not true because all my other apps worked great and I had full bars). If this issue could be looked into that would be fantastic! Thank you (:

I can’t get it to load, keeps spinning, location doesn’t work, other history won’t load, even trying through the regular wegmans app it will log me out. Never had a problem and used to order a few times a week. Had issues all weekend and at the store they haven’t even heard of others having this issue. I’ve reinstalled app, tried on various WiFi’s and also on LTE, I’m frustrated. They are also losing lots of orders from me. Rebooted phone, everything. Waiting on a call back from someone from wegmans to troubleshoot this. WEGMANS IF UR READING THIS PLEASE RESPOND.

WegmansMeals2GO asks for way too much information just to order a sub sandwich!!! Like why do you need to know my birthdate? These apps are just selling your info to marketers and anyone willing to pay for it. The sad thing is EVERYONE is doing it. I just signed up with AT&T wireless a year ago and I get at least 3 spam calls everyday… never had issues before. I’m about to change my phone number and use a nom de plume… it’s getting that ridiculous

The delivery was excellent they were great and they were here when they said they would be. The food was wonderful and delicious and the pizza was excellent and hot. I’ll be happy to order from them again. I also will let the people in my building know. Thanks so much for your service and punctuality!

I love the concept, but there’s a few things that is keeping this at 4-stars instead of 5. Every time I open WegmansMeals2GO , I get spammed with the same $10 pizza offer. How many times do I need to click the X for WegmansMeals2GO to realize I’m not interested.

It takes 14 clicks—at a minimum—just to re-order something from your history.

If you get rid of the spam, and make WegmansMeals2GO less cumbersome, I’ll re-rate higher.

The merger of catering and meals2go was poorly executed. And don’t get me started on meals2go and the wegmans app - really dies anyone in IT understand how to better integrate apps?

For example - I open my wegmans app, create my shopping list and then decide I want to order a meal/catering item. I open the Meals2Go from the pull down menu in the wegmans app ONLY to have to open the Meals2go app and sign in again. Wow. I would like to introduce you to the concept of integrated systems and apps. Also, even with app security - you can have single sign-on. Geez, my wealth mgmt app does that with outside institutions.

This was our second time ordering through Meals to Go and each time the service and food were wonderful! Food was delicious and everything was delivered earlier than expected! We will definitely use this service again!

I don’t know what changed with the update, but I’m trying to use WegmansMeals2GO and I keep getting the same error message “Oops! Unfortunately something went wrong. Please try again.” I’ve deleted WegmansMeals2GO , reinstalled it, no success. I’ve also tried using my laptop and had my husband try his phone and still cannot checkout. We get the same error message. I called customer service but they were unable to help. I hope they can fix this bug because we love using this service!

Extremely satisfied with my ability to save time in what is typically a chaotic morning. Getting the kids ready for school, finishing that final load of laundry, packing a gym bag and straightening up the bedroom. Rarely do I ever have time to pour a coffee or trust any other fast food location with my over-customized breakfast sandwich.

With the newly launched Wegmans 2 GO app I can now quickly pre-order coffee, lunch, breakfast or any of my usual morning cravings. My items are as I selected on WegmansMeals2GO , bagged and behind a counter waiting for me upon arrival to the Wegmans Pittsford location. Looking forward to the expansion to further stores!

WegmansMeals2GO is well designed and certainly received the proper attention before its release.

I absolutely love Wegmans subs but there’s no options under the customize page to add salt and pepper or sub sauce or any place to leave a comment to have those things added I was so happy when they finally added delivery being disabled I was going to be able to get them delivered but I can’t even do it now I hope they fix it and I will definitely be ordering from them when they do

I was so excited to learn that Wegmans has this service and was hoping to plan an order for later today, but then I just realized that its only available in 1 store right now..😔 please bring this to the Manalapan store....it looks amazing! I love all of the pictures. makes me hungry looking at them!

I was so pleased to see that they will be doing delivery! Not only is it a wonderful service but a kindness to the old and disabled! I plan to do all my ordering from Wegmans for company from you. This will make it so much easier for planning meals! What an absolutely excellent idea! Thank you thank you. It’s a dream come true!

Ordered black pepper beef, says for 2-3 person, but when I got the box, it is comparable to the meal box I got on United airline international flight, barely enough for myself. Oh well, maybe I am a big eater?

Also, I find the same dish is being served at the hot food bar, at $9.99 a pound, this same dish is $16, also 16oz. So I think I am next time just going to get from the food bar myself, sorry..

We love Wegmans and WegmansMeals2GO but......try to remove something from your cart put there in error, impossible. There is no remove button and next to quantity of 1, there is only a “+” sign to increase quantity. I guess once it’s in the cart, you bought it. Help Wegmans!! We want you back.

Updated review: the developers got right on this problem and fixed a bug. I can now order and it’s pretty seamless. Yay!!

Very nice app. I had been a test user with the old app and the new one looks more refined and easier to download. Glad you brought back the bigger packs of sushi. My family likes the variety and will order with a sub this week. Will you ever deliver to Webster? Go Weggies.

How cool is it that you can order incredible food from Wegmans with WegmansMeals2GO. No more waiting in line multiple times to enjoy my favorite foods. Curbside option is great- can’t wait to utilize when the snow starts to fall. More sushi offerings please. Congrats Wegmans for staying on trend!

Finally got a chance to use WegmansMeals2GO and it is great. The food was exactly as ordered and ready on time. Also so many coupons so it is a great deal. Can not wait to use it again but I ordered a lot so leftovers first.

WegmansMeals2GO is exactly what I would expect from Wegmans! Beautiful and so intuitive! I can order ahead for pickup or curbside. Wegmans quality is not only about their food or stores, it’s also about the experience! They’ve done it again!

It was so great being able to order at work and pick it up on my ride home! It was pouring rain and I didn’t even need to get out of the car. Love WegmansMeals2GO!!
