Chapter 2 level 23 2 puzzles are not giving reward once completed and cannot finish level due to this 1) puzzle that gives final 3 pool balls 2) footballs in correct order no recognising that it’s complete

Game opens, select part 1 o r 2. Then nothing. Cannot choose any room of level, no matter HOW long you wait or how ma y times you click, nothing happens.
